Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and helping us expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Proactively seek new customers and business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential markets, trends, and competitors to stay ahead of the industry.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively present and demonstrate their features and benefits to clients.
- Sales Planning: Prepare and execute strategic sales plans to target specific customer segments and achieve company goals.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met and align with company strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail, fashion, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools is an advantage.
- Passion for quality products and an understanding of the bag/accessory market is a plus.
